Simon Gadd

Twenty years leading technology-led businesses end-to-end - nine of them as Board Director for Nextgen Clearing's mobile network financial-clearing platforms, and as interim MD and fractional CTO, CPO and CTPO for businesses that needed someone to own delivery, not just advise on it.

Inquera is my main focus now - building the technology and running the business behind it, from product to commercial to governance.

The credibility for what happens inside every training session comes from Richard Norfolk and Owen Weatherill, our Non-Executive Directors - career practitioners who shape every scenario. My job is building the technology and running the business behind it - so it trains the conversation, and proves the capability.
